Shipping

All orders ship via USPS Ground within 5 business days (unless you’ve ordered during a pre-order period). Pre-orders for the 2026 Letterpress Calendar will begin shipping in November 2025.

Need your calendar by a certain date? Send us a note at hello@brownparcelpress.com and we’ll do our best to hustle it your way.

Returns

We want you to love what arrives in your mailbox. If something’s not quite right, you may return your order within 10 business days of receiving it. Here’s how:

  1. Make sure the packaging is still intact.

  2. Email us at hello@brownparcelpress.com with the subject line “Return”.

  3. We’ll send you a prepaid return label.

  4. Once your return makes its way back to us, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method (minus the cost of the original shipping and the return shipping).

Simple, neat, and tied up with a bow—just like our packages.
